When you register, you will be asked to provide your details, you must ensure that the details you provide during registration or anytime are correct and complete. Please inform us of any changes to your information by updating your details at any time to ensure our records are correct.
It is important that you review this agreement because by placing an order with us by telephone, fax, email, or online, you agree to the terms of this Agreement (the “Agreement”) which shall cover the terms of our deliveries to you and your use of our website. This Agreement is between you and Rirafield Farm Foods limited, (the “Company” or “Rirafield Farm Foods limited”) that states the terms and conditions under which you may use the Site and receive deliveries from us.
DELIVERY SERVICE
We deliver to the whole of UK residential addresses. We also offer “Click & Collect” for FREE to all customers from our warehouse in Uxbridge. While we are committed to delivering a seamless experience to you and within the guidelines of our delivery SLAs, situations outside our control (e.g. Delays from our Delays from our Delivery partners, National Postal Strike Actions, Adverse Weather Conditions etc) may impact delivery timescales offered by our Delivery Partner.
We are not liable for delays due to incorrect addresses provided to us by customers. It is your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address and ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at all times during the delivery slot. Please note that Rirafieldfarmfoods.co.uk will not accept liabilities that may arise from missed deliveries because of the nature of the goods supplied being fresh/frozen alongside the dry ones.
In the event that you instruct https://qwikshop.rirafieldfarmfoods.co.uk or Rirafieldfarmfoods.co.uk /DPD/Parcelforce/DHL (or any of our 3rd Party Delivery Partners) to leave a delivery unattended at your address, Rirafield Farm Foods limited expressly disclaims all liability which may arise by virtue of the delivery being left unattended for a period of time. This includes but is not limited to theft, tampering, contamination and the result of any change in temperature in respect of items which need to be kept chilled or frozen.
CLICK & COLLECT
We currently offer this service. Order shopping from our online store and collect from one of our warehouse in Uxbridge for free. Alternatively, you can use our delivery option.
PAYMENT
We accept payment via Credit/Debit cards. In the event your card/payment type is declined, we reserve the right to collect funds for any uncollected transactions owed to us. If you fail to pay any fees or charges when due, we may charge such amount directly to the credit card identified in your Customer Account Information and we may suspend or terminate your access to our Service. You shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including but not limited to attorney’s fees and collection costs, that we may incur in our efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you.
REFUND
All edible grocery is not refundable. For all non-edible grocery products you have 28 days to change your mind. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. Please note that proof of purchase is required. You can choose either a refund or an exchange. We will refund your money in the same way you paid for the item(s).
- By credit or debit card : Your money will go back on the same card. Allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
- By cash : Your refund will be given in cash.
- By online credit: Your refund will be credited into your online account for you to use on your next shopping or share with a friend.
If your item was purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that promotional price.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
Don’t worry, our guarantee in this policy does not affect your statutory rights.
AVAILABILITY
From time to time, products you order may be unavailable. If we are unable to fulfil your entire order, we will make every reasonable effort to substitute the closest product.

All other trademarks, service marks, product names, and company names or logos appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners and you do not acquire any ownership rights in such marks, logos, or names by using this Site or our service.
RIGHTS
- You have a legal right to receive goods which comply with their description, which are of satisfactory quality and which comply with any specific requirements you tell us about (and we agree to) before you place your order.
- Please note that Products or product packages may differ slightly to those displayed on our website, and should you have any doubt about any product please contact us.
- To preserve refrigerated and frozen items, orders will only be dispatched Mondays to Thursdays.
- Should your order arrive damaged or missing, please contact us at sales@rirafieldfarmfoods.co.uk, and we will immediately try to rectify. Please note though, that we can only offer refunds for items if they arrive damaged, or missing and reported within 24 hours. If 24 hours has passed since items were purchased and delivered, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
- We may request a photograph showing the problem if it is something that can be seen by inspecting the Items.
- We will provide a refund or account credit in respect of the affected part of the Item, and also in respect of delivery if the whole order was affected, unless we have reasonable cause to believe that the problem was caused after delivery. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of goods.
- For non-perishable items (non-edible) you can cancel or amend your order before it is processed and dispatched at no charge. However if your order has been dispatched prior to our receipt of your cancellation or amendment request, you may return the goods (in good condition) within 7 days for a refund but you will not be liable to refund you the shipping and delivery cost incurred.

You agree not to engage in unacceptable use of our service, site, or systems in a manner that breaches any applicable local, national or international laws.

Products or product packages may differ slightly to those displayed on our website. Customers who prefer to place order by telephone agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, as amended from time to time. In all cases, as a condition of making deliveries to you, you agree to review this Agreement from time to time.
